A place on this list has to be earned. Every trade here has done work I hired and paid for myself, and done it well enough that I would call them again tomorrow. Nobody buys their way on, and nobody gets on by asking.

My name is on this page, so it goes with every name on it. That is the same promise as everything else I do — built on trust, focused on you. If someone here ever falls short of it, I want to know, because they will not stay on the list.

Finding someone reliable out here is harder than finding a house. If you are new to the area, or you have just been handed a list of repairs after an inspection, start here — and tell them I sent you.
